Recordings and pronunciation scoring

Basic scoring runs entirely on your device: your recording never leaves the browser. When "Detailed scoring" is on, the recording of that sentence is sent to Microsoft Azure for scoring; our server keeps it in memory only while processing, and does not store or log it.

Usage limits

To count uses of features that cost money to run, your browser receives an anonymous cookie (a random ID and the date you first visited). IP addresses are stored only in hashed form. We do not store your answers or recordings.
